Items stocked at HQ and ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Orders are either sent via Royal Mail or courier for larger items and should arrive within 2-3 working days.
Personalised, custom and made to order items are fulfilled directly by the maker. Lead times will be stated on the product description.
Delivery costs vary depending on what you are buying and are stated on each product description. Furniture or bulky / heavy items may incur a much higher delivery charge.
Sometimes buying multiple items may incur a delivery charge per item or, you will be charged for the highest postage amount for items that can be combined into one package.
We currently deliver to Mainland UK only. If you are buying from further afield please contact us for availability and quotes.
Packaging
Your gift was made from recycled or repurposed materials so why not the packaging it comes in too. We love a box and plenty of other retailers are making excellent ones absolutely perfect for reusing and protecting your items as they go on their posting journey.
Your gifts will still be packed with the same love, care and attention it deserves.
If you think your box could manage a third journey, why not pass your packaging on to someone else with something nice inside.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order as long as a note of cancellation is sent before 1pm the same day. After then, your order will have already been fulfilled.
If you’d like to return an item because it wasn’t as you expected, is faulty or broken you have 14 days within receipt of your item to let us know you’d like to return it and a further 14 days to actually return the item.
Items must be returned in as new condition and in its original packaging.
We cannot accept returns for the following items unless damaged or faulty:
